The Meadow Dale Group Practice is run by Assura Leeds on behalf of NHS Calderdale.

We provide patients with and access to high quality healthcare in the Elland and Ovenden areas of Calderdale and will shortly also be providing another service in Sowerby Bridge.

We are committed to providing our patients with a full general practice service and access to a range of health professionals. We offer a range of health services and information as well as advice and treatment for a range of illnesses and minor injuries.

The practice is in addition to and complements other GP surgeries in the area and does not replace their services.
